My delivery was scheduled for the 30th of June so I booked the day off work and waited. The delivery driver phoned me on the 30th saying that they only had one of two boxes so they were not bringing them. I got a phonecall from DX delivery saying that it was at the wrong depot and once they had located the other box they would arrange delivery and bring them both together. 6 days later delivery was rescheduled, I booked a further day off work and received another phonecall saying they only had one box again! DX delivery then told me that Furniture 123 had never sent the second half of the order to them!! I’m absolutely sick of this, the communication is poor and instead of trying to sort my issue out it seems like they’re pushing the blame between each other. All I want is my complete order. Tried to contact furniture 123 several times. After waiting one month for delivery even though the item was in stock when I ordered and then with the continuous mix up I’m extremely disappointed. My delivery is still not complete, I would like a full refund as I just cannot trust my product to be delivered when it is scheduled and I can’t afford another day off work.
