Placed my order on the 11th June. Item should have arrive 18th, called on 19th to be advised it was scheduled for delivery on 25th. called on 25th as no delivery and after being on hold for an hour, was advised I should deliver on 22nd, update on 26th that the items out of stock until mid July. Wouldn’t mind but had the same chair on order with another company who let me down and delivery mid July so now in same position but now also out of pocket by £45 as got phone charges for calling them to chase my order but it was the only number available on the website. 🤬🤬🤬
