Interesting that the “how did we do?” e-Mail has come before the actual parcel. I can’t review the item as it’s not arrived yet and I can’t get any response from ARROWXL (Courier). I don’t appreciate getting an email saying that it will be delivered on the 18th, then making sure I have it off work losing a days holiday and then getting a text on the morning saying it won’t be getting delivered because they can’t find it in their warehouse(very unorganised). So now I have to book another day off for whenever this parcel arrives, as Iv had know updates on when it could be. I paid just short of £5 for the delivery and now It’s going to be at least four days later than the first time it was expected. I don’t quite understand why companies choose to go with couriers that have a google review rating of 1.8 out of 5 stars. I get that they may be cheaper than others, But you pay for cheap you get a cheap service. I personally won’t use this site again if furniture 123 continue to use arrowxl and definitely won’t recommend it to any either. As I don’t use Disney’s site due to them using “Hermes” who are also terrible.
Ups, Dpd, Royal Mail, Parcel force all much better companies.
