Awful, next day delivery was 2 weeks. After over 10 phone calls blame was passed between shipping company, furniture 123 & their supplier who was shipping directly. Finally after 2 weeks of chasing every single day, they cancelled and re-ordered a new item for me, which should have been issued when I first rung two weeks ago and they identified a problem. The item is not finished greatly and on the front of one draw the paint isn’t even covering the entire panel. But I dare complain or attempt to send this back because god knows how long I’ll be waiting. Furniture123 do not care about their customers & if your order is missing not delayed they will not look into it. They will lie about the reason and just push you away, saying you’ll be contacted in 24-48 hours, which they would but with NO updates. I wasn’t even offered any compensation for this utterly outrageous experience.
