We ordered furniture for our daughters room in April and knew st the time the delivery wasn't until mid June. A couple days before the delivery date was due I emailed to confirm the date. I recieved a message back with an new delivery date a week later.
I call customer service and asked them to confirm 100% this was the day the furniture would arrive. They couldn't because it wasn't even in the warehouse, they couldn't even guarantee delivery this year!! It felt like we had been used as a bank loan during this difficult period and they had no intention of delivering anytime soon.
The staff were polite, but came a cross as uninterested in any customer service. Didn't offer to call supplier and couldn't wait to get off the phone. I know they have good reviews but our experience didn't reflect this. My daughter was extremely disappointed and upset. I doubt I will use furniture 123 again.
