Delivery confirmed for 7.5.20.
No sign of item so I contacted customer services by email. My delivery charge was refunded and I was told they would contact supplier for estimated date. Emailed again and then told if item had not arrived by the following Monday to email again. Each response takes 48 hours!
Emailed again to say, I would not wait until Monday and please confirm a delivery date so I can decide whether or not to cancel. Was telephoned with confirmation that hooray, my item would be arriving in two days and I would receive a delivery slot. Delivery day came and went so I emailed again. I did not receive a reply to this email at all.
Tried telephoning but 55 minute wait.
Losing the will by then but suddenly, another email confirming my item has been dispatched (I received the same email on 5.5.20! so didn’t hold out much hope!)
Item finally delivered today, 29.5.20...over three weeks and numerous emails later than original delivery date!
Will never order with furniture123 again, not worth the hassle!
I haven’t opened item yet...I hope there is no damage! 🤞🏻
