Pav and Haroon is what went wrong. Lack of help or advice was evident. Contacted via e-mail to ask for help. With covid and delays we were missing a few parts and when asked for help they stated we can't help you as its over the returns date. I didn't want to return. Just wanted help to either have the parts sent out and if they couldn't then advise on where I could buy these myself as it was over the time period etc... No help at all apart from sorry we can't help. If you had just shown some form of help... or showed you actually were trying.. even slightly I would have given a better rating. The lack of empathy here is what got you a 1/5. If I could give a 0/5 I would have.
