The delivery was terrible. The agents refused to carry it up the stairs, claiming that they were not insured to do so. Given that the feedback form asked if they moved the furniture into the right room, this seems like a lie.
Further to that, if you aren’t able to carry furniture up stairs that should be written well in advance at the time of purchase. I would have made other arrangements
