Managed to cancel the wrong order
Which sent me back to the end of the queue as I have to re-order again.
Meanwhile the bedroom furniture I ordered 5 weeks ago that has been delayed for another 5 weeks remained on order. So I told customer service to not cancel this order anymore as I eould wait the 5 weeks. A week later they cancelled this order without any notification.
What an absolute mess.
