NEVER AGAIN!!!
I purchased a new ottoman bed. Upon assembling my joiner noticed that the middle bar was faulty. Contacted them and got a new one sent out. New part then came and it was the wrong size. Contacted again to be told it would be sent out in 3 days. 3 days later still not part so contacted again and told there was an issue in the warehouse. So I am now 2 weeks later sleeping on the floor. Had some goodwill given back to me but not even covered the cost of a joiner 3 times never mind any form of compensation for having to sleep on the floor!
