Placed order and was told 3-4 days delivery. 10 days passed with no communication from the company so I emailed and received a response stating it would be delivered in 2 days time. This again never happened. 14 days have now passed and I am just off the phone to the company who now state that my order won’t be delivered for another month and a half.
I accept that there are issues with suppliers etc at the minute due to the pandemic however I have not had any communication from Furniture 123 regarding my order. They have however bombarded me with email offers.
I will say that the female (Denise) that I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation.
I have now had to cancel my order and look elsewhere for another product.
Awful customer service, no communication, they just take your money and run and don’t care if you receive your order or not.
I will never use Furniture 123 again and would advise others not to use them either.
