I dont really know where to start to be honest!! Customer service is shocking!! Our delivery date got changed which I accepted.. when it came we recieved the bed but mattress was missing. Trying to contact customer service and get a response was just laughable!! Kept being told "give us 72 hours to check up... 2 weeks later and hours of being on hold AGAIN to customer service I got told a manager would give me a ring within 2 hours.... no call... then contacting over the phone again got told the manager would call after the weekend... the mattress finally turned up today but I had no call from the manager as promised! No apology or recognition they made a mistake ! I've not put the bed up yet so cant comment on that but just general customer service is VERY poor!!!
