The quality of the furniture varies significantly. Some items to be fair are good, things like the dressing tables are very poor quality. We have one dresser that has been delivered without a drawer pack, and our account manager Tom Digby won't authorise a collection or a credit, even though it is faulty. We have waited nearly 3 weeks for it to be collected now - very disappointing
