“Really happy with the bunk bed I purchased. It was on sale so got it for a good price with comparison to other websites. Delivered promptly. Was easy enough to assemble at home with two people. The instructions said 1 hour for two people to assemble but unless you’re a tradesman I would say closer to 4- 6 hours. The main thing is my son is very happy with it.”

“Apart from small glitch over day of delivery, every thing went well I emailed furniture 123 about my chest of drawers not being delivered on my designated day, and the delivery charge was refunded within two days. I like the way they reply to emails quickly, very reliable company 5 stars from me”

“Two small drawer sides were broken on unpacking the wardrobe. Having got I touch with Furniture123 their response to this issue was ex cellent as was the product. I would certainly recommend this company and its products.”

“We like the bed with the trundle underneath, that's why we ordered it. When we assembled it, where the the screws were there wasn't any white plastic covers which were needed to cover the visibility of the screw heads, this going forward you need to supply so the furniture looks complete, and a good finish.”

“I have asked for some money that i paid to be refunded due to the product and first I was refused. As I paid via paypall and with their interference I got what I asked for.I wish my request was accepted at the first place without paypall involment but end the end I was very happy. Thank you”

“This is an outstanding company. Top quality stuff and the customer service is outstanding. Everything is done in a timely fashion. If something goes wrong, they turnover time is so quick you don’t even notice. Brave cause they don’t make them like this anymore.”
