Furniture was delivered quickly and was gorgeous - so shame about shocking communication. I ordered two sofas and was told no issue with first one. However for second sofa, within 48 hours I was told 5 different things (via the website, emails, my customer account, phone call) - that the sofa would be delivered in 7 weeks, in 3 weeks, in 3 days, in 2 days and that it had already been delivered! I was totally confused. I received a lovely sofa very quickly - but the stress and confusion caused by poor customer communication, spoiled what would otherwise have been an excellent experience.
