“Apart from small glitch over day of delivery, every thing went well I emailed furniture 123 about my chest of drawers not being delivered on my designated day, and the delivery charge was refunded within two days. I like the way they reply to emails quickly, very reliable company 5 stars from me”

“Two small drawer sides were broken on unpacking the wardrobe. Having got I touch with Furniture123 their response to this issue was ex cellent as was the product. I would certainly recommend this company and its products.”

“We like the bed with the trundle underneath, that's why we ordered it. When we assembled it, where the the screws were there wasn't any white plastic covers which were needed to cover the visibility of the screw heads, this going forward you need to supply so the furniture looks complete, and a good finish.”

“I have asked for some money that i paid to be refunded due to the product and first I was refused. As I paid via paypall and with their interference I got what I asked for.I wish my request was accepted at the first place without paypall involment but end the end I was very happy. Thank you”

“This is an outstanding company. Top quality stuff and the customer service is outstanding. Everything is done in a timely fashion. If something goes wrong, they turnover time is so quick you don’t even notice. Brave cause they don’t make them like this anymore.”

“Ordered a white gloss Sideboard and 3 draws, and bkack metsl legs. Good quality heavy material, which was self assembly. Good delivery with courteous drivers . Well.packed. took 90 minutes to assemble but reasonable instructions. Beautiful unit once finished, soft close door and draws. Very happy with quality and overall would order through furniture 123 again.”

“We were sceptical as we've ordered a unit online previously and the quality was terrible but we are really pleased with this one. Everything is well made and strong in construction, even the drawers have a strengthening bar in the base. As with all these self erect items the instructions could be a bit clearer but we got it together eventually! Overall a very happy customer”

“I ordered a grey headboard which came in four panels, it was sent very quickly, I had a good experience with Customer Services, overall, I am very happy with my headboard. It was more reasonable than another headboard I was going to order from a different website, so I am glad I found the one on furniture, 123.”

“We have been very happy with furniture 123 and All the team who helped us with getting a fire returned after it had become faulty and get a replacement back to us. They were patient efficient and very quick to respond . We now have a lovely fire working well, at a good price and would like to thank all at furniture 123. Would recommend them highly.”
