“Naveed was great and very helpful. 1 item was not delivered but they sorted promptly with no problem. 1 item had to be returned as the size was wrong but again picked up promptly and refund given quickly. Would recommend.”

“I have bought 4 chairs that were supposed to be identical but they have different shades and it's very noticeable. Not happy with the quality of the items. Furthermore I have purchased a dining table that the mounting system for the legs made the wood crack around the supporting screws. Poor quality and also the top of the dinning table bends when trying to lift the table: the table is extremely heavy and the expandable design of the table top is just so poor.”

“On purchasing The Aspen reclining garden lounger set with table and footstools it states that the furniture is waterproof and uv resistant to withstand heavy weather conditions-perfect for leaving outside during the spring and summer months. after purchasing weather resistant covers for the cushions these were stored for the winter. We have noticed on the back cushions were the studs are located each stud is rusty and all the fabric around the stud is rusty, which is now an eyesore.”

“Ordered 3 bar stools – there was a 6 week waiting time. I received a call from Furniture 123 to ask if i still wanted to go ahead with the order given the wait time (which i did). And received several emails in that period of time keeping me up to date. The bar stools arrive slightly earlier than planned. Superb quality and my experience in this instance was great – very happy”

“Bought a lovely piece of furniture, black oak sideboard, from furniture123, unfortunately two drawers did not close flush. Furniture123 arranged for immediate collection and sent a replacement within a week, no quibbles! Call handlers we’re efficient and friendly, delivery men the same. Second delivery drivers noted my concern about previous drawers and helped me unload, stand the item and took packaging! Couldn’t have been more helpful. I would recommend and would use again.”

“I’m delighted with the tv unit … it’s beautiful! Very well made, looks really good quality and just what I was hoping for. However, delivery guys won’t open the packaging (and goodness there is a lot but I know that’s good as so well protected for delivery). So can’t be checked before they leave and such a heavy item to remove. I had to get someone to help me and still struggled! Would have been so nice if they had taken it out and taken the packing with them. Had a tv delivered shortly afterwards by another company and they took all their packaging away and even offered to put the feet on the Furniture 123 unit for me. Now that’s what I call service! So hence only 4 stars for Furniture 123.”
