“Bought a console table for my daughter for Christmas. Arrived quickly and well packed. Looks lovely. There was a very slight crack in the wood which does not detract from the overall look and did not require a return but the company dealt with this quickly and to my satisfaction.”

“Sadly the fire I had delivered had a fault, I requested a return . With no argument I was sent a QR return free post. And received a full refund 3 working days later.”

“I had to return an item - followed their processes to the letter - then was told the courier said they hadn’t collected it - well yes they did and you even said the way I said they collected and what they brought and would do was accurate - so why no refund? Disgusting!”
