The main part of my order has gone missing I have been trying to track it down
The delivery company tell me it’s been sent back to your company due to a missing part. All I’ve had off you is a text message saying they returned it to you. Looks like the order has been cancelled online, but where is my money??? There is a 4 hour phone queue & knowone has contacted me directly by phone....come on!!!
