First off I arranged delivery for a Monday as I had carpet being fitted that day and didn't have anywhere to store the bed.
the mattress arrived on the Friday before and the frame arrived on the Saturday.
Very rude delivery driver tried to get me to carry a box upstairs, gave his mate a stupid grin when I refused.
Quite arrogant behaviour.
Customer service obviously isn't a priority.
I have cancelled my sofa order.
