Failed to deliver item on time, so cancelled the item, it is near enough IMPOSSIBLE to speak to them on the phone as you are left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time each time, so you end up giving up. You can send an e-message, but they take a few days to come back and usually they do not answer your query in the first response. No other way of contacting them. I have been waiting over a week for a refund for a cancelled item and no one is communicating with me. Terrible customer service. Products are good but customer service shocking!!
