Great item, but not great delivery. I ordered by phone and asked for a specific delivery date the following week, explaining that this was the only day I would be at home. The delivery date was confirmed in an email as was the item despatch. By 5pm, the item had not arrived. So I contacted the courier who informed me that they had no delivery booked in for me, and that they had only received the order from Furniture 123 the previous evening!
