Excellent customer service. I ordered my sideboard then a couple of days later the price dropped considerably. I contacted Furniture 123 without great expectations, but they replied within 24 hours saying cancel the order and place a new one. I did that and my account was refunded almost straight away. Very happy with the sideboard as well so all in all, very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend
