I have given 5 stars because I have been impressed by the delivery timescales, communications as well as the bed I ordered (mid-sleeper bed for a 10 year old). The bed was self-assenbly and took a few hours to put together, but the instructions were fairly clear and all parts well labelled For tge money I am very impressed
I would definitely order from Furniture 123 again.
