Had to write a review as I'd been tortured over ordering from this company after reading bad reviews re delayed delivery + bad customer service. Got to say my experience has been great... Granted only ordered a Footstool so the item was from stock but it was ready for collection 3 days earlier than expected and was v simple to collect from the Derbyshire store. The quality is fabulous for the price so I'm very pleased I took the plunge + ordered! Opening mechanism is sturdy + good quality. Great addition to our lounge and fabric is nice quality.
