The product quality and price are both excellent. Delivery was a bit hit and miss: the first date I was told, the order didn't turn up. I contacted customer services and received a quick response with an apology and a new date, a few days later. Fair enough, I thought, it was just after Christmas. But then it didn't turn up on that date either. So I got in touch again, and was responded to quickly with another new date, and this time it did turn up. This was still only a week after I ordered it, so although not great to be given three different dates, it still arrived pretty quickly!
