Ordered grey sleigh bed and really lovely bed and very solid. Delivery was excellent and within the time slot. Call was made 10 mins before to check I was in . Very polite gentlemen completed the delivery following government guidelines . When husband was putting together the screws would not fit in the board but after one call speaking to customer services got to say amazing response . A new end board was delivered the very next day . This is our second bed and thinking of another for the other guest room . Thank you 123 furniture I would highly recommend x
