Customer service team is fast and resourceful. They update you so it feels like they’re checking up on you. Even tho my item was delayed they handled it professionally to a point I forgot about getting upset. I ordered a velvet 3 seater with chrome legs. SO SOFT AND COMFY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Delivery team worked very hard getting my sofa up my flight of stairs and we’re very friendly. Will definitely tell my family about this company.
