Fairly straightforward experience with this company.
We ordered a lovely velvet corner sofa that arrived when it was schedule to. It was well-packaged and easy to construct- my partner just screwed in the legs, which look very sturdy.
The delivery men carried it into my house and placed it down gently - they were really very nice.
