I had to e.mail customer service as 1 of the castors was not scrwing in properly and they replied really quickly and resolved my issue. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a sofa online, but really liked a teal velvet one i saw, so I went ahead and ordered it. The price was good and ordering was so easy. I was kept up to date on my order and delivery. The delivery chap phoned to let me no when they would be at my house. I am over the moon with the sofa , we had to put the legs on ourselves but it was easy & there is instructions that came with the sofa. The quality is great for the orice and we find it really comfortable. It was so stress free ordering from this company and I would be more than happy to recommend them to my family & friends.
