I have purchased items from F123 over the last 3-4 years, I have been happy with almost all of them with the few needing to be returned I have not had any problems doing so, the refund process is usually quick and easy. The customer service team are very, very helpful and always call back or email within the time frame given.
The delivery’s are always on time and collections are collected with updates for when they will be arriving, drivers always smiling and chatty as well as polite.
I’m actually impressed with the service F123 have provided me.
