The communication from purchase to delivery was excellent. The delivery people were possibly the most friendly and helpful I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. The sofa bed is of excellent quality. From previous reviews I’d anticipated that the pull out bed would be exceptionally uncomfortable but this is not the case. The sofa is firm but very sturdy and well made, a few cushions will enhance the comfort. Very happy with this purchase & would definitely use this company again.
