The beds were ordered and delivered the week before Christmas so that in itself was excellent. Unfortunately we had a mishap putting bunkbeds up and needed a new part, when I asked for this they sent another whole box of parts at no extra charge and the first week in January, I can honestly say that the item bought is good and solid but the customer service excelled all my expectations. Thank you.
