I am very happy with the footstool, it's exactly how I hoped it would be - very comfortable and looks great however it arrived with one of the plastic feet broken in transit. I was immediately offered an exchange and the staff were very apologetic and helpful. I decided to keep the item anyway as I had disposed of the packaging and I could mend the stool myself so I was offered a discount voucher on a future purchase or a money back voucher. I wouldnt hesitate to order again from F123, customer service went above and beyond to sort out my problem.
