Ordered 3 bar stools – there was a 6 week waiting time. I received a call from Furniture 123 to ask if i still wanted to go ahead with the order given the wait time (which i did). And received several emails in that period of time keeping me up to date. The bar stools arrive slightly earlier than planned. Superb quality and my experience in this instance was great – very happy
