I bought a sofa a couple months ago from Furniture123 and unfortunately it turned out to be faulty. I contacted customer services and they were absolutely amazing. Special shout out to Solihah Treasure who is a star. She arranged for a free pick up of the faulty sofa, AND a replacement sofa (I picked a different one) for the next working day. Cannot thank her enough!
