Given all reviews on here was apprehensive about ordering a sofa from them but couldn't resist given price. Have to say, can't fault my experience. Only blip was paid for Next Day Delivery but came the day after that, therefore requested that my delivery cost be refunded which was done without any hassle. Sofa itself is sturdy and better made than I was anticipating. All in all a positive experience from my dealings with them.
