Prompt delivery and friendly staff. Would have rated 5 if the furniture was not left on the muddy road in the rain whilst they unloaded the truck! Carpets are covered with mud.
Also delivery came with a faulty screw and X2 few P screws, made assembly incomplete. Managed to work around it.
