Reading the negative reviews, it's a classic case of if there's no issues with damages or delivery then all is fine but if you need to contact customer services for any reason, expect no help whatsoever.. it's a gamble! I was one of the lucky ones, good quality bed, delivered on time with no issues. Was quite difficult and time consuming to put together but looks lovely now.
