They were delayed by a few hours, but did phone to inform me.
They carried the heavy furniture upstairs thankfully, around some difficult corners though unfortunately this did result in a couple of scratches/marks on the wall. I doubt this was unavoidable though given the space.
They were polite and efficient.
The furniture was in perfect condition.
