Our experience with furniture 123 was good. The delivery was on time, the product is of good quality and comfortable (we got an ottoman bed). The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the assembly. We actually hired someone to assemble it and it took him twice as long as it normally takes him to assemble such an item from other companies. He said the instructions were very poorly written and very confusing. Once it was finally assembled, we were happy with it.
