Delivery and packing fine. The product, bunk beds and mattress were very good value for money. Assembly a bit of a marathon but good instructions. Only problem we had was that one of the ladder rungs was incorrectly drilled. Two dowel holes instead of one dowel hole and a screw clearance hole. It need some carpentry work which might be too difficult for some.
