Ordered bed, booked delivery date, then had to change it which was done for me by a member of customer service. No problems at all, great communication and the delivery boys were very friendly and carried the boxes into the house for me. I was kept informed by emails and text. The bed was easy to assemble and all parts were there. My son loves his new bed. Thank you
