In the whole, pleased with the velvet ottoman I ordered. Good quality, competitive price, speedy delivery. The only negative is the colour which is not the same as on the website (says baby pink but it's actually an insipid beige pink, barely discernable as pink). I would ordinarily have returned a product I wasn't 100% happy with but the refurb project I was working on had to be finished the day the ottoman arrived.
