We expected our sofa to come on a saturday, as we paid additional £20 for the saturday delivery. It did not arrive on time, therefore i emailed the store. They got back to me the next day, refounding delivery charges, apologised for the delay and informing me that our sofa will be delivered on monday instead. Quality of the sofa is great considering the price, although it is darker than what it was shown on the picture. Quick response from the company and overall we are very happy with their service, despite slightly late delivery.
