Great customer service, on time delivery. Absolutely over the moon with the bed. Great quality, looks better in person than on the website! Over all best customer service experience, will definitely be recommending you to friends and family, and will definitely be using furniture123 again! Only one thing, all the agents were named Paul White, as an agent said to come back on live chat when I place the order and asked for him (Paul White) the 3 different times (on different days) I spoke to an agent on the website, all 3 agents names were Paul White! Haha
