I was sent a link to the site by a colleague who had been browsing. Having never heard of Furniture123 before, I was a bit sceptical but there were a couple of items in the sale I really liked. I read some of the reviews online which were very positive so I went ahead and placed an order for all 3 items totalling £400. I received my first dispatch email within 45 minutes (efficient!!) informing me part of my order was on its way and the remainder would ship out from a different warehouse soon. The following day (Friday) I received 2 items in perfect condition (good packaging for some delicate items) The third item arrived on the following Monday, again in perfect condition. I wouldn’t normally spend that amount on a website I didn’t know, but like I say, the positive reviews definitely were a deciding factor when making the purchase and the accurate email updates put to rest any concerns. All in all, I honestly can’t fault the service from beginning to end and the product was great value for money. Would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be using again. A*****
