We ordered our chair on Tuesday 5th May and received an acknowledgement immediately. The website had quoted a delivery date from 17th May which suited us as it was a birthday present for the 24th May. Imagine our surprise when we then received another email saying that the chair would be delivered the next day! The following day we received another email saying that the chair would be with us on Thursday 6th May and a time frame was given. The chaps delivering the item called us half an hour before arriving and delivered the item slap bang in the middle of the quoted time frame. Delivery chaps were very friendly and helpful and placed the chair in our hallway. We are extremely pleased with the chair, the quality and colour is just what was quoted on the website. All in all a great purchase and a company that we will be using again.
