I would have given 5 stars, only the website had a few issues with payment etc. when ordering which wasn't perfect.
However once the order had been placed the customer service was great. The customer service team split the delivery so i didnt have to wait so long for the bed and matress to come together. The delivery turned up on time in the time slot and was handled very well. Was very dubious using them as had never heard of 123 before but was very pleased, and bed was great.
