Overall positive experience. Product is great and delivery was on time.
I just had to remove one star because of the customer support - I tried to call them but I was told they would call me back as the waiting time was over 70 minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t hear back from them. Which is fine, given the current Covid situation we are all in - but I thought I should point this out anyways.
