Delivery service was on time and kept me informed. Covid restrictions meant delivery was to ground floor - don't know what happens at other times. Boxes were very heavy to move up 2 flights of stairs (wardrobe). Packaging was thorough and secure. On removing packaging one panel was marked and another had a poorly finished edge. Must have been like that before packing. Fortunately neither was obvious when built and in place. Some concern about how flimsy the doors are in relation to how strong the door catches are. You have to really pull or push to open and close which bends the doors and time will tell if this is a problem. It looks good.
